Love this infographic - walks students (Grade 5 +) through the use of Google search strategies. I've put this up in the classroom so that I can refer to it. With primary school kids, its not really a 'work alone' resource but it is great for using as a reference point to direct their research and search skills.

A great infographic to remind kids on how to find precisely what they are looking for. Remember, Google is not a person - do not ask it questions! Instead, use precise keywords and get familiar with the Advanced tools.

How much your site was impacted by Penguin 3.0 depends on the industry you’re in, the rankings you have, and the competition you’re sharing the SERP with (and potentially lots of other unknown factors).

You will never know for sure what happened unless you keep your eyes on Google. We will certainly do the same and share it with you if we spot anything out of the ordinary.

Google Scholar, like Google Books, is one of the research tools that high school students often overlook. Searching on Google Scholar is not like searching on Google.com or searching in any other public search engine.
