Open Models - Les business models de l’économie ouverte - #OpenCulture #OpenEconomy | E-Learning-Inclusivo (Mashup) | Scoop.it

Big words paradigm and transformational. The later is an outcome of several transitions which start with a decision to change. The former is really about intention, feeling and thinking change which precede the behaviourial change that is key to the transitions from what is to what can be

Tony Palmeri's curator insight, October 24, 2015 12:24 PM

I scooped this article because I have always believed that the wheels off change tend to spin slowly. In education, a "paradigm shift" is a cliche' often used to describe any new, profound idea. Yet, any change that occurs tends to be gradually implemented and getting everyone on board is a difficult and tedious process that simply requires time in most instances.

Good read... heres a quote from the article

"Transforming Leadership is vision, planning, communication and creative action which has a positive underlying effect on a group of people around a clear set of values and beliefs, to accomplish a clear set of measurable goals. This transforming approach simultaneously impacts the personal development and corporate productivity of all involved."
